About Quadpro!
Collegiate is a software system for Property maintenance and management, wholly owned by Quadrant facilities Management Limited, with user support and maintenance provided by Sprunt Limited and exclusively represented by PACE-Private and Commercial Estates Limited.
The Quadpro systems have grown from software first created in the late 1980's by property specialists from the architectural practice Sprunt, to meet client needs for a computerised home for a Strategic planned maintenance programme.
Initially used solely by the Sprunt practice surveyors on behalf of clients, many asked if they could have a system they could use on site. Our response was to form a properly funded and supported home for the software development, Quadrant Facilities Management Limited, Quadpro Scholar single user system was born and marketed in 1994.
The Scholar single user system embodied all of the key property care features required by Estate managers from preventative planned maintenance to day- to-day maintenance and is still used by many schools in the UK.
As the market awareness and need for computerised management has grown so has Quadpro and now the next generation of Quadpro "Collegiate" meets these new needs. As a full client server networked system including integrated Web Job request and automated client e-mail response, Collegiate is providing a complete solution for leading schools and colleges throughout the UK.
Quadpro continues to benefit from the day-to-day involvement of the Sprunt practice with the Quadpro help and development team being based at the same central London address as Sprunt. This helps us to provide the right help with a full understanding of our clients needs and aspirations for property care, not just a software solution.
In the field, the team at PACE FM, who have worked with clients across all the UK Quadpro installations since 1994, are able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to really help users to gain maximum benefit from their Quadpro system.
