Client User Support

The Quadpro help package is free to new users for twelve months following the initial system installation.    From the first anniversary a Maintenance support package is available.   The cost for this is held for three further years at an annual membership fee of 30% of the initial software purchase price.

The Maintenance package provides members with all of the following benefits:

  • Telephone Help desk during usual office hours – at regular call costs,
  • Quadpro Collegiate Foundation system version improvements and upgrades delivered to you free of charge as they are released.
  • System generated web help requests direct to our support management team.
  • An annual half day visit from our Training and support team to help you review your use of Collegiate and assist you in gaining the maximum benefit from your system.
  • Invitations to user group meetings and seminars.
