On-Site User Training!

Quadpro~Collegiate is a very straight forward and easy to use system but as with all software it’s good to know the best way to drive it before venturing onto the IT highway.

The PACE~Quadpro Support Team are experienced in the setting up and training of the many Quadpro~Collegiate users over the years and will be able to help you to achieve a painless transition from paper to digital Estate Management.  

Our attentive and committed style has been welcomed by many who were initially doubtful either about the system or their ability to get on with “something so new”.   We can put their mind at rest and help you make a smooth, efficient and effective transition.    With a step by step approach, we first provide a day’s induction training during which we listen carefully to your priorities and early needs from the system.  This is followed by a one or two week gap to allow everyone to experiment a little with the various system areas they will be using most.  Then, the second training day is fully focussed on your objectives and the use of Collegiate to meet your particular needs.     Usually these two days are enough but we are sometimes asked back for a third day after say 6 months or so to provide some “power user” training to key personnel.  Then as part or your Maintenance agreement we visit again after about 12 months from your initial purchase as part of our Client / User service support Membership package.
