Using a hierarchical system of Main and Sub Budgets, Quadpro assists you in specifically categorising each department’s budget for the years ahead and keeping track of where the money is going.
Wherever there is an expense, then Quadpro will track it and deduct it, providing instant updates on each budget.
To ensure easier control over your finances, Quadpro offers the capability to set strict spending limits for departments, contractors and suppliers.
We also have important warning markers which pop up before each expense is confirmed, just to ensure the correct budgets are being used.
