Quadpro's Budget module is quick and simple to set up.
All you have to do is create a Head Budget then create associated sub budgets for each one. The list screen will display live estimate and expenditure totals each time you enter, giving you a perfect picture of what is going out.
Budgets are broken down into two simple categories; Main Budget and Sub Budget.
These allow you to categories your spending and manage the finances.
With each issued Works Order, financial totals will reflect the total budget and the budget for each individual Main Budget.
