Quadpro's Job Request module is a powerful tool that assists estate and administration teams on a daily basis. Submit, receive, and track tickets through one integrated system.
Management teams can assign and update tickets when received as well as generate Works Orders within that ticket.
General users are kept informed of the status of their ticket. Allowing better communication between departments and better productivity.
Photograph Upload Feature
General users can upload photographs with their Job Requests to provide further information to the maintenance team. These photographs are attached with the Job Request and can be viewed by the operative. Maintenance teams can also upload photographs for proof of works or for notes.
