HOW WILL QUADPRO HELP MY STAFF?

       Desktop:

  • Credit Payments can now be added after a Works Order is marked as completed.

  • Job Request print form now adjusts to print 1 or 2 pages depending on the amount of content added.

  • Compliance categories can now be turned on or off dependent on relevance.

       Desktop/ Web Portal Feature:

  • Photos uploaded on the Web Portal will now automatically import to the Job Request's folder.

IS THERE AN APP?

Yes! We have our Job Request and Survey mobile device apps. These apps enable your staff to spend less time entering data and more time collecting it for your advantage!

DO YOU PROVIDE SOFTWARE SUPPORT?

We provide support via out dedicated team of specialists. They operate from 9am to 530pm Monday to Friday and support requests can be submitted via our ticketing system to ensure the requests are tracked and resolved..

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN SERVER?

No, Quadpro can be run on our servers on the cloud.

DO YOU HAVE CLIENTS I CAN TALK TO ABOUT THEIR USE OF QUADPRO?

DOES THE SYSTEM GET UPDATED?

Quadpro is updated regularly throughout the year with new features and additions our users have asked us to add.
