Quadpro Forms

Quadpro Forms will be an additional module in the Quadpro Estates Management System.  Quadpro already has the ability to set up maintenance profiles for assets such as boiler plant, external fabric maintenance, and other regularly maintained assets.

About Quadpro Forms

These profiles can be used to generate job requests at specified dates which are then distributed to operatives via emails and the Quadpro web portal. The new Forms module now adds the ability to attach forms to the job requests for operatives to complete in the field and automatically register the completed form in the Quadpro system. This enables estates managers to see the compliance status of their buildings and assets in an easy to read traffic light visualisation.

What does Quadpro Forms do?

Quadpro Forms provides audit trails of key compliance checks, asset maintenance and estates management.

Forms can be used to schedule checks in any compliance sector such as water safety, fire safety, legionella, asbestos, H&S compliance and much more.

The Forms can be created with no limit on questions and answer options and can be used to create Forms of all types including:

  • Risk Assessments

  • Safety Checks

  • Maintenance Records

  • Statutory Checks

  • Procedure Guides

Organise and Schedule Forms:

Alternatively, Forms can be set to a specific schedule – daily, weekly, monthly etc and then distributed directly via the Quadpro Web portal for completion by the assigned operative/ staff member –results are then recorded in the main Quadpro Database. These forms can be accessed via a secure log in either on desktop or through any internet enabled mobile device.

Each operative will be able to view a list of all their upcoming checks on either the Web Portal or Desktop interface.
